We are passionate about our work.

In 2004, Mid Valley Metals opened its doors for business. Since then we've focused on product diversification, quality and cost control, and the ability to quickly respond to our customer's needs. Because of that focus on what matters to our customers, we've been able to grow and expand, becoming a leader in sheet metal for industry.

Even in hard economic times, our Eugene, Oregon shop has remained busy, providing services and products to our clients all along the West Coast and beyond. Mid Valley Metals has continued to grow and has invested in cutting edge equipment and software, as well as one of the most experienced staff of engineers, designers and laborers in the region. 

Our team is here to insure that your project is completed on time, at a reasonable cost, and meets the highest standards of quality and precision. Our staff is extensively cross-trained. When others might see costly delays, our team is able to fill in for each other and finish the job without interruption. Mid Valley Metals works closely with our clients to make sure that their expectations are not just met, but exceeded on each and every project. Mid Valley Metals specializes in working with customers in need of high volume, high quality, precision parts. We focus on parts for medical testing equipment and automation, 3D printers, electronic test equipment and industrial processing automation. Mid Valley Metals = Sheet Metal for Industry.
 

AUTOMATION


We work with leaders in the automation industry, whether manufacturing their own products or providing custom designs for others. Our customers need everything from simple brackets and electronic enclosures to complex exterior sheeting to finish the job. Product may need to be housed in an environmentally clean airtight cabinet with scanning laser openings, or just a dust cover. We specialize in corrosion resistant materials, including Stainless Steel, powder coated, plated, and anodized metal. Surface finishes range from raw material and custom grained to polished surfaces with laser engraving. 
 

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT


Medical equipment demands very tight component tolerances. Finish is critical and external graining, plating, and painting are all very important. We're experienced producing parts with tight joints and a perfect interface between composite, cast poly, or plastic parts. CHIP MANUFACTURING


We have extensive experience working with large manufacturers of silicon computing chips. We fabricate a wide variety of fabricated frames, internal bracketry, enclosures, external skins, and components used in manufacturing and testing equipment. We commonly provide laser engraving and can precisely machine parts from a variety of materials from powder coated mild steel to electro polished stainless steel.
 

3D PRINTING


You require fabricated frames and sub-structures. Your internal bracketry is very material specific and diverse in each of your products. Your components require many inserted fasteners. You require the highest quality finish regardless of the process, and in many cases have highly detailed graphics that showcase your product.
 

EVERYTHING ELSE


We offer laser cutting, engineered models, and custom forming, and high-end tig welding.
